Our company operates 24 Lonati machines, a global benchmark in circular knitting technology. These include one 120-needle machine, one 132-needle machine, 16 machines with 156 needles, and six machines with 168 needles, ensuring high production flexibility, technical precision, and consistent quality.

This range of configurations allows us to meet different requirements in terms of design, comfort, and performance, ensuring a high standard of excellence in every sock produced.

Boarding (Shaping)

Pre-washing with or without soft touch finish

Treatment that enhances comfort and fabric softness. It may include a soft-touch finish for added smoothness.

Boxes

Custom packaging solutions that enhance the product and strengthen brand identity at the point of sale.

Labels

Practical and functional identification with technical and branding information, applied with a refined finish.

Woven Labels

Labels produced directly on a loom, offering greater durability, resistance, and a premium finish. They add sophistication, with the design integrated into the fabric itself.

Bands (Sleeves)

Wrapping bands that organize and present the socks in a practical way, with an appealing layout for display.

Embroidery

Thread-based customization applied directly to the sock, ensuring detail, durability, and a distinctive finish, enhancing both resistance and visual value.

Display Units
